Plain-language answers about what we collect, why, and your choices. Effective July 3, 2026.
Tampete Homes LLC ("Tampete Homes," "we," "us") operates tampetehomes.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site or ask us for a cash offer, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple: we collect what we need to respond to you and run our business — and we do not sell your personal information.
Information you give us. When you fill out our offer or contact forms, we collect what you type: your name, phone number, email address, the property address, and details about the property and your situation (for example condition, timeline, probate or tax status, and any message you write). Calling or texting us shares your phone number with us the same way.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use analytics tools (Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics) that collect standard usage data — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies. We do not use this data to identify you personally.
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, research the property you asked about (including public records such as county property appraiser and court records), prepare and communicate a no-obligation offer, keep records of our conversations, and improve our website and services. If you ask us for an offer, we will contact you about it by phone, text, or email — whichever you indicated works best.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example our form-delivery provider (FormSubmit), our internal lead-tracking system (Notion), our website host (Cloudflare), and email providers — and, if a sale moves forward, with the title company, attorneys, and other professionals needed to close the transaction. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
By submitting a form on this site, you agree that Tampete Homes may contact you about your inquiry by phone call, text message (SMS), and email, including with automated technology, at the number and address you provided. Consent is not a condition of selling your property to us or of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop contacting you entirely by submitting a Do Not Contact request, emailing info@tampetehomes.com, or calling (727) 258-3540.
We keep inquiry and transaction records as long as we need them for the purposes above, to comply with legal obligations (for example real-estate transaction records), and to resolve disputes. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we're required to keep it.
You can ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@tampetehomes.com with your request and we'll respond within a reasonable time. You can also limit analytics cookies through your browser settings.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information — our site is served over HTTPS and form data is transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect what you share with us.
Our services are for property owners and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version here with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted on this page.
